My path here…

Since I was a young child, I’ve been obsessed with creating experiences for others. This curiosity led me to explore all of the cultures, perspectives, and inner worlds that I could find - living abroad in Delhi and Israel to walking the Camino de Santiago, studying with teachers around the world, and more.

From cultivating growth within an SEO agency to leading creativity and marketing at a social impact brand, I’ve designed an eclectic and expansive career for myself (and changed my hair 10x along the way). I’ve collaborated with innovative minds at a social good incubator and co-founded a Relationship Mindfulness company that brought relational skills to teams at Google, Facebook, Viacom, Patagonia, Squarespace, and more.

Life has shown me that our relationships determine the quality of our life, and as a result I’ve devoted my time to architecting transformational environments where people and communities can be themselves and grow together.

My life is oriented to being of service. And my approach to life is guided by intuition, honed with entrepreneurial insight, and carried out with joyful precision.

I'm also the Co-Founder of FORMA, a community-driven organization focused on transformation through the power of ritual and daily practice.

Education + Experience

Bodywork and Somatics

I've completed 500 hours of training with IPSB, undergone 300 hours of Craniosacral Therapy education with the Milne Institute, and studied sound under Dr. John Beaulieu.

My training has covered a spectrum of modalities, including Visionary Craniosacral Therapy, Sensory Re-patterning, Brain Masterclass, Trauma Informed Plant Medicine, and sound healing.

Corporate and Community

My approach to L&D, facilitation and experience design has been shaped by real-world masters who apply their craft on a daily basis. I have gleaned so much from Ten Directions’ Integral Facilitator Training, and my approach to experience design was radically transformed by participation in Odyssey Works’ Masterclass Program.

I've coached 50 individuals at Google in facilitation techniques and created the highest-rated internal training program within the company. Over the course of a year, I created and facilitated lululemon’s first micro-influencer program, training a team of diverse facilitators and expanding the program to 7 cities across North America.

And it’s been an honor to design and lead offsites for teams of all sizes at companies like Hampton, Tinder, goop, PebblePost, Fetch, and more.

Just for Fun

My life is about reciprocity, and I love volunteering my time to lead workshops for nonprofits such as Bottomless Closet and Qualified Women. It brings me great joy to create beauty in the everyday moments of life, and I also enjoy curating one-of-a-kind experiences for friends around the world.

Recently, I’ve gathered folks for a 36 hour Monster’s Ball, a week-long Hero’s Journey Trek through the Dolomites, an offline sailing adventure in Baja, and a 100 person gathering on Consciousness outside of Paris.

Many worlds of inspiration shape my approach…

  • Trauma-informed ways of bringing the wisdom of our bodies into the conversation.

  • Leveraging The Artist Way, immersive theatre, and the power of narrative to spark new ways to think and live.

  • Valuing “learning by doing” and the educational cycle of inquiry, reflection, analysis, and synthesis.

  • Honoring frameworks from Authentic Relating, Liberating Structures, Carl Rogers’ work on client-centered therapy, to meet a group where they are at real-time.

  • Using the tools of place/physics, language, aesthetic, and history/myth to create entirely new worlds.

  • Honoring cultures of initiation, sacred journeys, and the power of rituals to get us through liminal moments.
